These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Token Master LLC (“Token Master,” “we,” “us” or “our”) for your use of the Token Master website, dashboard, API gateway and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, keeping credentials and API keys confidential, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The Service
Token Master provides a routing and account layer for supported third-party AI models. Availability, model catalogue, route pricing, rate limits and supported formats may change. Third-party model providers are independent services and are not controlled by or affiliated with Token Master.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, interfere with the Service, evade limits, reverse engineer security controls, transmit malware, generate spam or fraud, infringe intellectual property, or create content or systems that facilitate serious harm. You are responsible for evaluating your use case and complying with applicable laws and provider policies.
4. API requests and content
You retain responsibility for prompts, files, outputs and other material submitted through your account. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable; review them before relying on them, especially in high-impact decisions.
5. Credit, pricing and payments
Token Master uses prepaid usage credit. Prices and model rates are displayed in the Service and may change prospectively. Credit is not a deposit account, bank balance or transferable currency. A request may consume credit based on the applicable route and measured usage. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where required.
Payment methods and availability are shown on the Payments page. You authorize Token Master or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for an approved purchase.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account closure. Account closure does not remove obligations or records we must retain.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, documentation and related materials are owned by Token Master or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. No rights are granted by implication.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, SAFETY OR AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY MODEL OUTPUTS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKEN MASTER AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE OR BUSINESS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Token Master and its officers, employees and service providers from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or violation of another party’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own proven misconduct.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Token Master LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions should be sent through the contact page.
