Token Master LLC provides prepaid digital usage credit for its AI API gateway. We want you to understand when a refund is available before you purchase.
1. General rule
Because prepaid credit is made available to your account immediately and can be consumed by API requests, purchases are generally non-refundable after credit has been used or made available. Unused credit is not automatically refundable solely because you no longer need it.
2. When we may issue a refund or credit
We may review a refund or account credit when:
- A confirmed technical fault on our side made purchased credit unusable.
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- A payment was processed but the corresponding credit was not added to your account.
- A payment provider or applicable law requires a different outcome.
We do not refund usage consumed by a valid API request, third-party provider outage, model output you dislike, unused package capacity, or a failure caused by incorrect configuration, leaked credentials or a tool that does not support custom base URLs.
3. Requesting a review
Contact us within 14 days of the transaction or incident through the support page. Include your account email, transaction reference, approximate time, package amount and a clear description of what happened. Never send a full API key or private wallet key.
We may ask for reasonable evidence and may review gateway logs and payment records. If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Where a payment cannot be reversed, we may issue account credit instead.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions should be reported to your payment provider immediately. We may suspend an account while a disputed payment is investigated.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as payment methods and regulations change. The date above identifies the current version. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
