1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we may collect your email address, account identifier, authentication records and information you provide to support. We do not ask you to place an API secret in a public form.
Usage and technical information
When you use the Service, we record information needed to operate and secure it, such as API key identifier, model, request time, token counts, cost, latency, status and basic network or device information. We use this to calculate usage, enforce limits, debug failures and prevent abuse.
Payment information
Payment details are handled by the payment provider used for a transaction when applicable. Token Master may receive transaction references, amount, currency, status and limited billing details, but does not need to store full card credentials or private wallet keys to provide the Service.
2. How we use information

- Create accounts, authenticate users and issue API keys.
- Calculate usage, apply spending limits and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. AI request content
To route a request, the Service must transmit the request to the selected upstream model provider. Do not send secrets, regulated data or personal information unless you have a lawful basis and the required permissions. Model providers may process requests under their own terms and privacy policies. Token Master does not use customer API requests to train its own foundation model.
4. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support and process the Service; with upstream model providers when required to fulfill an API request; when required by law; or during a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including accounting, dispute resolution, security and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep API keys private and revoke any key you believe is exposed.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export certain personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or needed to protect the Service.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
