How the numbers are made

Every price comes from the same live catalogue that powers the model list. Only models with an active route today are included.

blend = (mix × input price + output price) / (mix + 1)
list = blend, per 1M tokens, at the official list price
OpenRouter = list × 1.055  (about 5.5% fee when you buy credit)
cheapapi = list × route ratio × 0.30  (base top-up rate per credit)
tokens = budget / price per 1M
What does a group average mean?

The price is the plain average of the blended price of every model in that group. If you only use one model, pick it directly for an exact figure.

Why are some models missing?

A model appears here only when it has a live route. Models that are listed but not routed yet stay out, so the calculator never promises a price you can't buy.

Is the OpenRouter figure exact?

No. It assumes OpenRouter passes through list price and adds about 5.5% on credit purchases. Check their site for the current rate and for any model they discount.
